Cancel Order
Orders can be canceled before the product ships.
  • If you haven't paid, you can cancel it yourself.
  • If your payment has been completed but the package has not been shipped, please contact our customer service (info@gamerportplus.com) to help you cancel. We will refund your money in full.

Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Return or Exchange Validity Period
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to contact us within 30 business days of receipt for a return/exchange, any requests after 30 business days will not be entertained.

Return Conditions

  • Please email us (info@gamerportplus.com) first, unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • All items must be in the same condition as you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. (Chairs can only be returned unassembled. If the chair is already assembled, you may not return it.)
  • In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
  1. To initiate a return: Please email info@gamerportplus.com with a photo and/or video of the item and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine if your return request is eligible within 3 business days.
  2. Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted).

    You can download the free waybill after passing the preliminary verification of returns from the page.And then you can print the waybill and post the return parcel for free with the waybill you just printed.

  3. Refund or Exchange: When we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and then offer an exchange or refund. 

Return Charge

  • If the return is due to our problems (such as incorrect products, or quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you.
  • If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/wanting the item or ordering the wrong product/size), we will also provide a full refund for you.
  • No restocking fee is to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
  • We are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund
  1. We will notify you when your return has been received and inspected, and let you know if your refund has been approved.
  2. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to the original form of payment within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
  3. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, feel free to contact us info@gamerportplus.com
  4. Please Note: We do not refund the original shipping charges.
Exchange Process
  1. To initiate an exchange: Please send an email to info@gamerportplus.com, attach a photo or video of your item, and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine if your exchange request is eligible.
  2. Shipping: If your exchange is accepted, we will send you return address instructions. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange.
  3. Exchange:
  • We will notify and provide replacement service within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • When exchanging an item, you will need to pay a shipping fee of US$9.99. A tracking link for your shipment will be emailed to you when your new package ships.
